Most, if not all, of his gallery is stolen work - I've reported most of it, but so far DA hasn't done anything about it. I also left comments to the original sources on most of the photos, and now I'm blocked from commenting on his images.

Me neither. All the art, even the profile photo, is stolen. I've tried again and again to fathom what he/she is gaining from doing so, but fail completely.

In addition to reporting the copyright violation on your own photo, which I'm sure you've done, can you go through and report some of the other violations? In many cases, the link I put to the source is still in the comments. In other cases, it's been hidden.
