I think your picture captures the blend of warmth and cold of this season.
That, even though the concept is death,
you want it to be peaceful, instead of macabre.
The Fall colors really do that to this picture.

and pardon my saying, and maybe it's just my MCR-motard-fanboy senses tingling, but it reminds me a lot Helena from the music video.
I love the crystals near her eyes, and her make up is really nice!
